This course trains the engineering, fabrication, Production, and inventory teams at Hog Technologies to use Monday.com as a communication-first, task-based workflow system. The focus is on daily coordination: reading and updating project boards, assigning task owners, setting priorities and due dates, tagging teammates, and attaching photos or files directly inside tasks to keep conversations clear and centralized.

The course teaches Kanban and Timeline views for planning work, writing structured updates inside items to avoid message confusion, and using notifications and comments to communicate without leaving the platform. By the end, teams will manage tasks and conversations in one place, stay accountable, and collaborate faster on designs, builds, and production work.
